Introduction

-   Currently handling properties that are residential. Under acre, multiple acre, or  over five acres. A different approach is taken pending parcel size and terrain. Slope or flat I have the tools, experience, and drive to get the work done. 

-  This work is typically seasonal & done between the months of March & July. Or, contact me during the summer to cut any re-growth and summer weeds. Or, contact me at the beginning of winter to cut dying summer weeds.   

-  Available for long term, 1-3 hours a day, 1-3 days a week, 1-3 months work to get a over grown property cleaned up.

-  If requested, spraying is done with Roundup in a backpack style sprayer. Spot spraying and field spraying. 

-  Hazards that could lead to one's liability or property damage is my responsibility to assess and bring to the property owner's attention. Or, property owner can give me a head's up on what to look out for.  Property damage is preventable. Over the years, experience gained, has made me more observant to where something could go wrong.  Appropriate countermeasures are discussed then introduced. 

-  I am part of the work crew. A work crew consists of myself primarily and when needed a friend of mine and day laborers if needed. I do not drop off laborers, tools and a cooler and come back at the end of the day,
